We recently used Habitech for pre-construction planning and then a full technology installation in our new construction home, including a complete security system with interior and exterior cameras, additional floodlight cameras for perimeter security, mounted TVs, whole-home audio, wireless access points, and integration of our pool control panel. Rick was fantastic for all of our pre-construction planning and really helped us stay organized and made sure we thought of everything. From the very first call to request service post-construction, the experience was excellent. Ted was incredibly responsive when helping order components and schedule installations. Every time I called, communication was prompt and professional, and I always received quick follow-ups when coordinating the work. That level of responsiveness made the entire process much easier. Every technician who came to our home was great, but Ryan and Travis truly stood out. Ryan handled all of the security installation and was absolutely outstanding. He helped recommend and install floodlight cameras to enhance our perimeter security and went far above and beyond when the installation turned out to be more complex than expected. Due to the way my network was originally configured, the cameras were not operating optimally. What should have been a straightforward install turned into several hours of additional troubleshooting. Many technicians might have passed the issue along, but Ryan didn’t stop until everything was working perfectly and ensured I was safe in my home. His professionalism, persistence, and pride in his work were incredibly impressive. Ryan also helped connect our pool control panel to the home hub and even communicated directly with the pool installer to ensure the wiring was placed correctly in the panel to prevent future connectivity issues. Because the install was somewhat unique, he even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still functioning well. That level of care and follow-through is rare these days and was truly appreciated. For the audio and visual portion of the project, Travis and his partner were equally fantastic. They mounted our TVs, wired the built-in speakers to our receiver, and installed multiple wireless access points. Travis was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain how everything worked so I could confidently use the system. When we encountered some network challenges getting the WAPs configured, he worked tirelessly to troubleshoot until everything was resolved. When a small issue later required a follow-up visit, Travis returned, fixed it quickly, and even walked me through troubleshooting tips in case I ever ran into the issue again. Chris also joined during one of the security installation visits and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as well. I would also like to recognize Danny. He came out to quote our future outdoor kitchen. Just like everyone else he was super knowledgeable, professional and had some really great insights and ideas for our project. He even went the extra mile to turn around and drive back when I called him to say I had changed my mind about sample colors. With it being a new build, we haven’t had a chance to move forward on this project yet, but Danny certainly made us feel confident for when we do. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service Habitech provided. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing things the right way. Ryan, Travis and Danny in particular represent the company exceptionally well and clearly take tremendous pride in their work. Employees like this are rare and should be recognized. Habitech is very fortunate to have people like them representing the company in the field.

Everyone on the team that I worked with was outstanding! They were on time, very knowledgeable and professional. I worked with Joe for setting up everything. John did an amazing job of installing the system. Brad did an awesome job for a TV mount. Two additional gentlemen also did great work on tv mounts. I would highly recommend Habitech to anyone!

On time, thorough, explained everything and patiently repeated when I asked (I’m rusty with security systems). Professional so that I really felt confident to use the system when he left.
